Review and understand business process around all of the client bank’s modifications. Act as the client’s primary point of contact for anything related to Signature. Author requirements documents that define the solutions to be delivered; the scope, inputs processes and outputs. Conduct preliminary evaluation and estimation for new project requests. Review peer requirements, specifications, test, support and training plans to ensure they are aligned with the business objectives per the client request.
