  1. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain skilled tradespeople for various job opportunities.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with trade schools, unions, and other organizations to source top talent.
  3. Utilize networking tools and platforms to identify and connect with potential candidates.
  4. Review and screen resumes, conduct phone and in-person interviews, and assess candidate qualifications.
  5. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide them with a pool of qualified candidates.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and recruitment activities.
  7. Attend job fairs and industry events to promote the company and attract potential candidates.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
  9. Provide an exceptional candidate experience by effectively communicating with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  10. Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for all newly hired trades contractors.
  11. Act as a brand ambassador for the company and promote our values and culture to potential candidates.
  12. Meet recruitment targets and provide regular updates to management on recruitment metrics.
  13. Continuously monitor and improve the effectiveness of recruitment processes and procedures.
  14. Adhere to all legal and ethical standards in recruitment practices.
  15. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
