- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the Title division.
- Ensure all processes are carried out efficiently and accurately.
- Monitor and analyze department performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase productivity and efficiency.
- Train and mentor team members to ensure high-quality work and adherence to company standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and ensure smooth workflow.
- Identify and resolve any issues or problems that may arise in the department.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and changes in policies to ensure compliance.
- Create and maintain department policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
- Handle any escalated customer inquiries or concerns.
- Act as a point of contact for upper management and provide regular updates on department performance.
- Manage and allocate department resources effectively.
- Participate in company meetings and represent the Title division in cross-functional discussions.
- Continuously strive for process improvement and cost reduction within the department.
- Maintain a positive and motivating work environment for team members.
- Handle any administrative tasks related to the Title division as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company values and ethical standards.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Real Estate, Or Related Field.
At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Title Operations Or Related Field.
Strong Knowledge Of Title Insurance Industry, Including Regulations And Compliance.
Experience Managing A Team And Overseeing Daily Operations.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Handle Complex Issues And Make Sound Decisions.
