  1. Create accurate and comprehensive title reports by conducting thorough research and analysis of property records and legal documents.
  2. Review and verify the accuracy of all title documents, including deeds, mortgages, liens, and judgments.
  3. Communicate with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and resolve any title-related issues.
  4. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  5. Maintain a thorough understanding of state and federal laws and regulations related to title insurance and real estate transactions.
  6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient title and settlement process for clients.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes to continuously improve processes and procedures.
  8. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all title reports and related documents.
  9. Identify and report any potential risks or discrepancies in title reports to management.
  10. Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
  11. Train and mentor junior title officers to improve their skills and knowledge.
  12. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  13. Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
