In this role, you will play a crucial part in our company's mission to provide exceptional title insurance services to our clients. As a Title Examiner, you will be responsible for researching and analyzing property titles to ensure their accuracy and completeness.   1. Conduct thorough research and analysis of property titles to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  2. Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders regarding title examination findings and potential issues.
  3. Utilize various databases, software, and resources to gather and review title documents and related information.
  4. Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues with property titles.
  5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of title examinations.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and changes in title examination processes.
  7. Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing any questions or concerns related to title examinations.
  8. Maintain accurate and organized records of title examination findings and related documentation.
  9. Assist with training and mentoring new team members on title examination processes and procedures.
  10. Continuously strive for process improvement and efficiency in title examination procedures.
  11. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry standards and regulations.
  12. Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information.
  13. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas and suggestions for improving overall team performance and customer satisfaction.
  14. Demonstrate a strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all title examination tasks.
  15. Work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and prioritize workload.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience: A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience As A Title Examiner Is Required For This Remote Opportunity. This Experience Should Include A Strong Understanding Of Title Insurance And Real Estate Transactions.

  • Knowledge Of Title Examination: Candidates Should Possess A Thorough Understanding Of Title Examination Procedures, Including Researching And Analyzing Title Records, Identifying Potential Issues, And Preparing Accurate Reports.

  • Familiarity With State Laws And Regulations: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Working Knowledge Of State-Specific Laws And Regulations Related To Title Examination And Insurance. This Includes Understanding The Various Requirements And Processes For Different Types Of Properties, Such As Residential, Commercial, And Vacant Land.

  • Attention To Detail: As A Title Examiner, Attention To Detail Is Crucial. The Candidate Should Have A Meticulous Eye For Detail And Be Able To Spot Any Potential Issues Or Discrepancies In Title Records.

  • Communication Skills: Strong Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, Are Essential For This Role. The Candidate Should Be Able To Effectively Communicate With Clients, Colleagues, And Other Stakeholders To Ensure Accurate And Timely Completion Of Title Examinations.
