  1. Coordinate and manage all aspects of the title process, including ordering and reviewing title reports, surveys, and other related documents.
  2. Ensure accuracy and completeness of all title documents and information.
  3. Communicate effectively with clients, lenders, and other parties involved in the title process to provide updates and address any issues or concerns.
  4. Maintain organized and detailed records of all title transactions and documentation.
  5. Collaborate with title examiners, attorneys, and other professionals to resolve any title issues or discrepancies.
  6. Stay up-to-date on all relevant laws, regulations, and industry practices related to title and escrow.
  7. Utilize title software and other tools to facilitate the title process and maintain efficiency.
  8. Assist in the preparation and review of closing documents, ensuring all necessary information and signatures are obtained.
  9. Provide excellent customer service and address any client inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  10. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and accuracy in title services.
  11. Work independently and efficiently in a remote setting, while also collaborating with team members and maintaining strong communication.
  12. Prioritize and manage workload to meet deadlines and ensure timely completion of all title tasks.
  13. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner, upholding our reputation for high-quality and reliable title services.
  14. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as industry ethical standards.
  15. Other duties as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Real Estate, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Title Coordination Or Related Role.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Real Estate And Title Industry, Including Understanding Of Title Insurance Policies, Legal Documents, And Closing Processes.

  • Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Work Remotely And Manage Multiple Tasks And Deadlines.

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Title/Escrow Software Systems.
