  1. Provide support to the commercial escrow team by handling administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing documents.
  2. Ensure accurate and timely processing of escrow transactions by reviewing and verifying all documents and information.
  3. Communicate effectively with clients, lenders, real estate agents, and other parties involved in the transaction to provide updates and resolve any issues.
  4. Maintain detailed and organized transaction files, including all necessary documentation and correspondence.
  5. Conduct thorough research and due diligence to identify any potential issues or discrepancies in the transaction.
  6. Prepare and distribute closing documents and coordinate signings with all parties involved.
  7. Assist in the preparation of escrow instructions, amendments, and other legal documents.
  8. Handle incoming calls and inquiries from clients and provide exceptional customer service.
  9. Keep up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and provide accurate information to clients.
  10. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and efficient workflow and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
  11. Take on additional responsibilities or special projects as assigned by management.
  12. Continuously strive for excellence in performance and actively seek opportunities for personal and professional growth within the company.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Commercial Escrow, With A Strong Understanding Of Escrow Procedures And Title Insurance Regulations.

  • Proficiency In Handling Complex And High-Value Commercial Real Estate Transactions, Including Disbursements, Title Clearance, And Recordation.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Clients, Lenders, And Other Stakeholders.

  • Proven Experience In Managing Multiple Escrow Files Simultaneously, While Maintaining A High Level Of Accuracy And Attention To Detail.

  • Proficiency In Industry-Specific Software And Technology, Such As Softpro, Ramquest, Or Resware, As Well As A Strong Understanding Of Microsoft Office Applications.
