  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-profile clients
  • Understand and exceed client needs and expectations
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services and products to clients
  • Develop and implement strategies to retain and grow client accounts
  • Conduct regular meetings and check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
  • Analyze client data and provide insights to inform business decisions and improve client satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to anticipate client needs and provide proactive solutions
  • Handle and resolve any client conflicts or escalations in a timely and professional manner
  • Act as a brand ambassador for the company, promoting our services and values to clients
  • Train and mentor junior account managers, sharing best practices and providing guidance for success.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sales Or Client Account Management.

  • Strong Understanding Of The Real Estate Industry And Related Products And Services.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Growing Client Accounts.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Negotiate Effectively With Clients.
