Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience: A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Title Examination And Project Coordination, With A Strong Understanding Of The Real Estate Industry And Related Legal And Regulatory Requirements.

  • Strong Analytical Skills: Ability To Review Complex Title Documents And Identify Potential Issues, As Well As Analyze Project Data To Make Informed Decisions And Recommendations.

  • Excellent Communication: Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Team Members, Clients, And Stakeholders To Ensure Project Success.

  • Project Management Expertise: Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Multiple Projects Simultaneously, Setting And Meeting Deadlines, And Providing Leadership And Direction To Project Teams.

  • Technological Proficiency: Proficient In Using Various Software Programs And Tools Related To Title Examination And Project Management, As Well As The Ability To Adapt To New Technology And Systems. Knowledge Of First American's Title And Escrow Software Is A Plus.
