Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Commercial Escrow: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Handling Commercial Escrow Transactions, Including Complex And High-Value Deals.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Industry Regulations: The Candidate Should Possess A Thorough Understanding Of All State And Federal Regulations Related To Commercial Escrow Transactions. This Includes Knowledge Of Respa, Trid, And Other Relevant Laws.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills: A Successful Senior National Commercial Escrow Officer Should Have Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills To Effectively Liaise With All Parties Involved In A Transaction, Including Buyers, Sellers, Lenders, And Attorneys.

  • Detail-Oriented And Organized: Given The Complexity Of Commercial Escrow Transactions, Attention To Detail And Strong Organizational Skills Are Essential For The Role. The Candidate Should Be Able To Manage Multiple Transactions Simultaneously And Ensure All Necessary Documents And Deadlines Are Met.

  • Experience With Escrow Software: First American Uses Industry-Leading Escrow Software, And The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience Working With Similar Platforms. This Includes The Ability To Navigate The Software, Input And Retrieve Data Accurately, And Troubleshoot Any Issues That May Arise.
