- Design and implement secure IAM systems to protect First American's sensitive data.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and develop effective strategies to mitigate potential threats.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in IAM technology to continuously improve our systems.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members to foster their professional growth and development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement IAM solutions that meet business needs.
- Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting to ensure the effectiveness and stability of IAM systems.
- Develop and maintain documentation of IAM processes and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on IAM initiatives and address any concerns or issues.
- Participate in the development and implementation of security policies, standards, and procedures.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and provide recommendations on IAM best practices to enhance our overall security posture.
- Continuously monitor and analyze IAM systems for any potential vulnerabilities or threats.
- Identify and resolve any security incidents related to IAM systems.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors to evaluate and implement new IAM solutions.
- Lead and participate in IAM-related projects and initiatives.
- Act as a liaison between the Information Security department and other business units to ensure alignment and understanding of IAM processes and procedures.
Experience In Both Identity And Access Management (Iam) And Information Security: A Senior Information Security Architect At First American Must Have A Strong Background In Both Iam And Information Security, With A Deep Understanding Of The Intersection Between The Two Fields.
Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Best Practices: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Comprehensive Understanding Of Industry Standards And Best Practices Related To Iam And Information Security, Including Nist, Iso, And Cis Benchmarks.
Ability To Design And Implement Iam Solutions: The Individual Should Possess A Proven Track Record Of Designing And Implementing Iam Solutions, Including Authentication, Authorization, And Access Management Processes.
Strong Communication And Leadership Skills: This Role Requires Frequent Collaboration With Cross-Functional Teams And The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Technical Concepts To Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders. Strong Leadership Skills Are Also Necessary To Manage And Mentor Team Members.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Iam Technologies: The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Iam Technologies, Such As Identity Governance And Administration (Iga), Privileged Access Management (Pam), Single Sign-On (Sso), And Multi-Factor Authentication (Mfa), And Be Able To Evaluate And Recommend The Best Solutions For First American's Needs.
