- Serve as the subject matter expert for Workday HRIS systems, providing support and guidance to the HR team and other stakeholders.
- Analyze and evaluate current HR processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and streamline processes using Workday functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new Workday features and enhancements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all Workday-related inquiries and troubleshooting.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, including process maps, functional specifications, and test scripts.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Workday functionality and best practices.
- Stay current on Workday updates and releases, and proactively identify and communicate potential impacts to HR processes and systems.
- Lead Workday system testing and participate in user acceptance testing.
- Identify and resolve system errors and issues, and escalate to appropriate parties when necessary.
- Collaborate with IT and vendor partners to ensure system integrations and data integrity.
- Participate in system audits and compliance activities, ensuring data accuracy and system security.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for continuous improvement of HRIS systems and processes.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and diversity within the HR team and across the organization.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive employee information.
