- Collaborate with HR team to understand business needs and translate them into efficient and effective HRIS processes and solutions.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for Workday, providing guidance and support to end users.
- Analyze current HRIS processes and identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Proactively identify and troubleshoot system issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest Workday updates and enhancements, and make recommendations for their implementation.
- Develop and maintain HRIS documentation, including process flows, procedures, and user guides.
- Partner with IT and other stakeholders to implement system upgrades, integrations, and other projects.
- Train and support end users on new system functionalities and processes.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and accuracy within the HRIS.
- Participate in system testing and assist with user acceptance testing for system changes.
- Act as a liaison between HR and IT, communicating system needs and requirements.
- Stay current on HR technology trends and make recommendations for process improvements and system enhancements.
- Continuously seek opportunities to streamline and automate HR processes using the HRIS.
- Collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams to ensure Workday is meeting the needs of the business.
- Provide excellent customer service to all HRIS users and promptly resolve any system-related issues.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
5+ Years Of Experience Working With Workday Hris, Including Implementation And Configuration.
Extensive Knowledge Of Hr Processes And Procedures, Including Recruitment, Onboarding, Compensation, And Performance Management.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Complex System Issues.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of A Team In A Remote Setting.
