  1. Collaborate with HR team to understand business needs and translate them into efficient and effective HRIS processes and solutions.
  2. Serve as the subject matter expert for Workday, providing guidance and support to end users.
  3. Analyze current HRIS processes and identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  4. Proactively identify and troubleshoot system issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
  5. Keep up-to-date with the latest Workday updates and enhancements, and make recommendations for their implementation.
  6. Develop and maintain HRIS documentation, including process flows, procedures, and user guides.
  7. Partner with IT and other stakeholders to implement system upgrades, integrations, and other projects.
  8. Train and support end users on new system functionalities and processes.
  9. Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and accuracy within the HRIS.
  10. Participate in system testing and assist with user acceptance testing for system changes.
  11. Act as a liaison between HR and IT, communicating system needs and requirements.
  12. Stay current on HR technology trends and make recommendations for process improvements and system enhancements.
  13. Continuously seek opportunities to streamline and automate HR processes using the HRIS.
  14. Collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams to ensure Workday is meeting the needs of the business.
  15. Provide excellent customer service to all HRIS users and promptly resolve any system-related issues.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • 5+ Years Of Experience Working With Workday Hris, Including Implementation And Configuration.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Hr Processes And Procedures, Including Recruitment, Onboarding, Compensation, And Performance Management.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Complex System Issues.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of A Team In A Remote Setting.
