Job Description

We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Salesforce Developer to join our Governance & Security team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the security and compliance of our Salesforce platform, while also driving the development and implementation of new features.   1. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Salesforce security and governance principles.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement security and compliance best practices for the Salesforce platform.
  3. Design, develop, and implement new features and functionality within the Salesforce platform.
  4. Conduct regular security audits, identify potential vulnerabilities, and proactively address any security risks.
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce updates and releases, and ensure that our platform is always in compliance.
  6. Work closely with the Governance & Security team to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  7. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or bugs related to Salesforce security and governance.
  8. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any concerns.
  9. Provide training and support to end-users on Salesforce security and governance best practices.
  10. Continually seek ways to improve and optimize the Salesforce platform to enhance user experience and increase efficiency.
  11. Collaborate with other developers to ensure consistency and compatibility across different systems and platforms.
  12. Contribute to the development and maintenance of technical documentation and standard operating procedures.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry standards and regulations.
  14. Participate in team meetings, project planning, and other collaborative efforts to drive innovation and excellence within the company.
  15. Act as a mentor and coach to junior developers, providing guidance and support as needed.

  • Understanding Of Governance And Security Best Practices: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Governance And Security Best Practices Within The Salesforce Ecosystem, Including User Management, Data Security, And Compliance Regulations.

  • Experience With Salesforce Shield: First American Is Looking For A Candidate With Experience In Implementing And Managing Salesforce Shield, A Suite Of Security Features That Help Protect Sensitive Data And Maintain Compliance.

  • Familiarity With Apex And Visualforce: As A Salesforce Developer, Proficiency In Apex And Visualforce Is Crucial As These Programming Languages Are Used To Customize And Extend The Salesforce Platform.

  • Strong Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills: The Job Of A Salesforce Developer - Governance & Security Involves Identifying And Addressing Potential Security Risks And Implementing Solutions To Improve Governance. Therefore, The Candidate Should Have Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills To Effectively Troubleshoot And Resolve Issues.
