
Sales Support Coordinator
Provide a wide variety of administrative and clerical support to Sales Reps and/or Sales Management. Scheduling/Travel arrangements. Expense reports May support sales representatives in account servicing. Prepares and reviews sales contracts, agreements, proposals and presentations. Prepares reports and gathers information on market conditions, sales results, forecasts and industry trends to support the activities of the sales organization. Creates and distributes marketing materials such as flyers and brochures. Updates social media and assists in tradeshow or event preparations.
Working knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of the sales department/field
1-3 years of experience
Good organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize and follow up
