- Manage the visitor log and issue visitor passes as necessary.
- Receive and sort incoming mail and packages, and distribute them to the appropriate recipients.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings for company executives and staff.
- Maintain and update company phone and email directories.
- Assist with various administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping.
- Act as a liaison between clients and company staff, ensuring all inquiries and requests are handled promptly and professionally.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when needed.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and provide support as needed.
- Adhere to company protocols and procedures to ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Continuously strive to improve the customer experience and suggest ways to enhance the reception and overall office environment.
