- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring it is presentable at all times.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating appointments for clients.
- Provide administrative support to the escrow team, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Handle inquiries and requests from clients, providing prompt and accurate responses.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and efficient workflow.
- Act as a liaison between clients and escrow officers, ensuring timely communication and resolution of any issues.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all company policies and procedures.

- Assist with other duties and projects as assigned by management.
Excellent Communication Skills: The Reception / Escrow Assistant Should Have Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills To Effectively Interact With Clients, Team Members, And Other Stakeholders.
Attention To Detail: As An Escrow Assistant, The Candidate Should Be Detail-Oriented And Have The Ability To Closely Review And Analyze Documents For Accuracy.
Organizational Skills: A Successful Reception / Escrow Assistant Must Be Highly Organized And Able To Manage Multiple Tasks And Deadlines In A Fast-Paced Environment.
Knowledge Of Escrow Processes: Candidates Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Escrow Processes, Including Title Insurance, Closing Procedures, And Real Estate Transactions.
Customer Service Experience: As The First Point Of Contact For Clients, The Reception / Escrow Assistant Should Have Previous Customer Service Experience And Be Able To Provide Excellent Service And Support To All Parties Involved In The Escrow Process.
