  1. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for First American's production systems.
  2. Monitor and maintain the performance and availability of critical business processes.
  3. Proactively identify and resolve issues and work to prevent future incidents.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and system enhancements.
  5. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates and escalate issues as needed.
  6. Document and maintain technical processes and procedures for production support.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve production support processes.
  8. Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support and incident response.
  9. Perform analysis and identify root causes of production system failures and work to implement solutions.
  10. Train and mentor team members and new hires on production support processes and procedures.
  11. Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth deployment of new features and updates.
  12. Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients.
  13. Adhere to industry security standards and protocols in handling sensitive data.
  14. Continuously monitor and improve system performance and stability.
  15. Actively participate in team meetings and provide suggestions for process improvements.
