As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a talented and driven Marketing Specialist to join our team and support our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) marketing efforts.   1. Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer acquisition for our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) business.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement effective marketing campaigns that align with business goals.
  3. Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to inform marketing strategies and messaging.
  4. Create engaging and impactful marketing content, including but not limited to social media posts, email campaigns, and website copy.
  5. Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  6. Manage and maintain marketing budgets to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in DTC marketing to continuously improve and innovate our strategies.
  8. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and vendors.
  9. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts align with their goals and objectives.
  10. Participate in the development of new products and services to support the growth of our DTC business.
  11. Utilize various marketing channels, including digital, social media, and traditional media, to reach target audiences and achieve marketing goals.
  12. Identify and recommend new opportunities for growth and improvement in our DTC marketing efforts.
  13. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products, services, and target market to effectively communicate our value proposition to potential customers.
  14. Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  15. Collaborate with other team members to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all marketing channels and materials.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Communications, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Direct-To-Consumer (Dtc) Marketing

  • Proficiency In Digital Marketing Techniques, Including Social Media, Email Marketing, And Content Creation

  • Experience With Data Analysis And Reporting To Inform Marketing Strategies

  • Strong Project Management Skills And Ability To Work Effectively In A Fast-Paced, Deadline-Driven Environment.
