Job Description

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you as a Marketing Specialist - DTC at First American. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive sales and increase brand awareness for our direct-to-consumer products. We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a strong understanding of digital marketing and a track record of success in driving customer acquisition and retention.   1. Develop and execute marketing campaigns that align with company goals and objectives.
  2. Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create marketing strategies and plans that effectively target and engage our direct-to-consumer audience.
  4. Utilize digital marketing channels, such as social media, email, and paid advertising, to drive customer acquisition and retention.
  5. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  6. Create compelling and persuasive messaging and content for marketing materials, including emails, social media posts, and website copy.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve marketing efforts.
  8. Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to achieve maximum ROI.
  9. Communicate with stakeholders and senior management to provide updates on marketing initiatives and results.
  10. Maintain brand standards and ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
  11. Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to develop and implement marketing campaigns.
  12. Take ownership of projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  13. Use data and analytics to make data-driven decisions and optimize marketing strategies.
  14. Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities and threats.
  15. Act as a brand ambassador and represent the company at events and industry conferences.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Communications, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Direct-To-Consumer Marketing.

  • Strong Understanding Of Digital Marketing Strategies And Tactics, Including Email And Social Media Marketing.

  • Experience In Developing And Executing Successful Marketing Campaigns, With A Focus On Driving Customer Acquisition And Retention.

  • Excellent Analytical Skills And Ability To Interpret Data To Make Informed Marketing Decisions.
