As a Florida Commercial Title Examiner, you will play a crucial role in our organization by conducting thorough research and examination of property titles to ensure their accuracy and validity.   1. Conduct thorough research and examination of commercial property titles to ensure accuracy and validity.
  2. Review and analyze legal documents, such as deeds, mortgages, and contracts, to determine ownership and any potential issues or discrepancies.
  3. Identify and resolve any title defects or issues that may arise during the examination process.
  4. Communicate with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and clarify any discrepancies.
  5. Maintain accurate and organized records of all title examinations and related documents.
  6. Keep up-to-date with state and federal laws, regulations, and industry standards related to title insurance and settlement services.
  7. Utilize various databases and resources to gather and verify information related to property titles.
  8. Work closely with other team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of title examinations.
  9. Provide excellent customer service to clients, responding to inquiries and addressing any concerns or issues.
  10. Identify and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy of title examinations.
  11. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry standards and ethical guidelines.
  12. Maintain confidentiality of all client and company information.
  13. Attend training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
  14. Collaborate with other departments, such as underwriting and closing, to facilitate smooth real estate transactions.
  15. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience As A Commercial Title Examiner In The State Of Florida, With A Strong Understanding Of Local Laws, Regulations, And Market Trends.

  • Proficiency In Using Industry-Standard Title Examination Software And Tools, With A High Level Of Accuracy And Attention To Detail.

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of Complex Commercial Transactions, Including Multi-Site, Multi-State, And Multi-Million Dollar Deals.

  • Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Clients, Underwriters, And Other Stakeholders.

  • Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills, With The Ability To Handle A High Volume Of Work And Meet Tight Deadlines While Working Remotely.
