  1. Facilitate real estate transactions by preparing and reviewing all necessary documentation, including contracts, deeds, and closing statements.
  2. Coordinate with all parties involved in the transaction, including buyers, sellers, lenders, and real estate agents, to ensure a smooth and timely closing process.
  3. Conduct thorough research and review of property titles, liens, and other relevant information to ensure clear and marketable title.
  4. Maintain strict adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements, including state and federal laws, as well as company policies and procedures.
  5. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly and professionally addressing any inquiries or concerns from clients and other parties involved in the transaction.
  6. Manage and maintain accurate and organized escrow files, including all relevant documents and communication.
  7. Collaborate with internal and external partners to resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the escrow process.
  8. Keep up to date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to continuously improve and enhance escrow services.
  9. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive client information.
  10. Act as a representative and ambassador of the company, promoting our services and values to clients and the community.
