- Handle fund disbursements and manage all financial aspects of the escrow process.
- Maintain organized and detailed records of all escrow transactions.

- Stay up-to-date on all escrow procedures and regulations.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient transaction process.

Minimum Of 2 Years Experience As An Escrow Officer In The Title And Escrow Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of State And Federal Laws And Regulations Related To Escrow Transactions.
Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills To Effectively Interact With Clients, Lenders, And Real Estate Agents.
Proficient In Handling Complex Escrow Transactions, Including Residential, Commercial, And Refinance.
