In this role, you will support our Escrow Officers in the processing and closing of real estate transactions. - Support Escrow Officers in the processing and closing of real estate transactions.
- Assist with preparing and organizing all necessary documents and paperwork for escrow transactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, answering questions and addressing concerns.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions and communicate status updates to clients.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and efficient processing of transactions.
- Coordinate with lenders, real estate agents, and other parties involved in the transaction to obtain necessary information.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to escrow transactions.
- Handle any issues or discrepancies that may arise in escrow transactions and escalate to Escrow Officer as needed.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating closings with all parties involved.
- Continuously stay updated on industry trends and changes in escrow processes.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills
High School Diploma Or Equivalent Education
At Least 1 Year Of Experience In Escrow Or Related Field
Knowledge Of Escrow And Title Insurance Processes
Proficient In Microsoft Office And Other Computer Software Programs
