  1. Assist Escrow Officers with administrative tasks such as preparing and organizing documents, scheduling appointments, and maintaining files.
  2. Provide excellent customer service by promptly answering phone calls and responding to emails from clients, lenders, and real estate agents.
  3. Verify accuracy of documents and ensure all necessary information is included.
  4. Prepare and distribute closing documents to all parties involved in the transaction.
  5. Collaborate with Escrow Officers to ensure timely and accurate completion of all escrow transactions.
  6. Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  7. Keep track of all deadlines and ensure that all necessary tasks are completed in a timely manner.
  8. Communicate any issues or concerns to Escrow Officers and work towards finding a resolution.
  9. Stay updated on industry regulations and company policies to ensure compliance.
  10. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
  11. Assist with any other tasks or projects assigned by management.

  • Knowledge Of Escrow Processes And Procedures: A Candidate For An Escrow Assistant Position At First American Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of The Escrow Process And Related Procedures. This Includes Knowledge Of Title Insurance, Real Estate Transactions, And The Legal Requirements For Escrow In The State Where The Job Is Located.

  • Ability To Work Under Pressure: The Real Estate Market Can Be Fast-Paced And Demanding, Which Means That An Escrow Assistant Must Be Able To Work Well Under Pressure. This Includes Managing Multiple Tasks And Meeting Tight Deadlines While Maintaining High Levels Of Accuracy And Professionalism.
