  1. Assist Escrow Officers in the processing of escrow transactions.
  2. Maintain accurate and organized records of all escrow transactions.
  3. Communicate with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely completion of escrow transactions.
  4. Prepare and review escrow documents for accuracy and completeness.
  5. Follow established procedures and guidelines to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
  6. Manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  8. Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements.
  9. Stay updated on industry developments and changes in escrow procedures.
  10. Maintain confidentiality and security of all sensitive information.
  11. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
  12. Attend training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  13. Perform other duties as assigned by the Escrow Officer or management.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Understanding Of Escrow Processes And Procedures: Candidate Should Possess A Thorough Knowledge Of Escrow Processes And Procedures, Including Title Insurance, Escrow Agreements, And Closing Documents.

  • Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Strong Communication Skills And Be Able To Provide Exceptional Customer Service To Clients, Real Estate Agents, And Lenders.

  • Proficiency In Industry Software: Experience With Industry Software, Such As Softpro, Resware, Or Ramquest, Is Highly Preferred.

  • Detail-Oriented And Organized: Escrow Assistants Must Be Highly Detail-Oriented And Organized To Ensure Accuracy And Efficiency In Their Work. They Should Be Able To Manage Multiple Tasks And Prioritize Their Workload Effectively.

  • Prior Experience In Escrow Or Real Estate: Candidates With Prior Experience In Escrow Or Real Estate, Such As A Title Company Or Real Estate Agency, Will Be Highly Preferred. Knowledge Of Local Real Estate Laws And Regulations Is Also A Plus.
