- Assist Escrow Officers in all aspects of the real estate transaction process.
- Communicate effectively with clients, Escrow Officers, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth closing process.
- Maintain organized and accurate records of all transaction details and documents.
- Conduct research and gather information as needed for transactions.
- Prepare and review documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with lenders, real estate agents, and other parties involved in the transaction.
- Manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients by promptly responding to inquiries and addressing concerns.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and company policies to ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and increase efficiency.
- Assist in resolving any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the closing process.
- Attend training sessions to enhance skills and stay updated on company procedures.
- Other duties as assigned by the Escrow Officer or management.
