
Escrow Assistant

In this role, you will work closely with our Escrow Officers and other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient closing process for our clients. - Assist Escrow Officers with all aspects of the closing process, including preparing and reviewing documents, coordinating with clients and other parties involved in the transaction, and handling any issues that may arise.
- Ensure all necessary paperwork and documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted in a timely manner.
- Communicate with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and other parties involved in the closing process to provide updates and answer any questions or concerns.
- Maintain a high level of customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Keep detailed and organized records of all transactions and ensure all documents are properly filed and stored.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
- Stay current on industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and provide the best service to clients.
- Assist with any administrative tasks as needed, such as scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and managing email correspondence.
- Proactively identify and address any potential issues or delays in the closing process to ensure a smooth and timely transaction.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
- Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and growth within the company.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
High School Diploma Or Equivalent Education Required.
Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills.
Minimum Of 1 Year Experience In Escrow Or Related Field Preferred.
Knowledge Of Escrow Procedures, Principles, And Computer Applications.
