  1. Lead and manage a team of technical project managers to ensure successful delivery of complex technical projects.
  2. Drive strategic initiatives and develop project plans to achieve business objectives.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and develop project scope and timelines.
  4. Monitor project progress and identify and mitigate risks to ensure timely delivery.
  5. Provide technical expertise and guidance to project managers and team members.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and communicate project updates and progress reports.
  7. Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure projects are completed within scope and on budget.
  8. Develop and implement best practices and processes for project management to continuously improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  9. Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  10. Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in technology to identify potential opportunities for improvement.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience In Technical Program Management: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Managing Complex Technical Programs, Preferably In The Real Estate Or Financial Services Industry.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: As A Director Of Technical Program Management, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Technical Program Managers And Collaborating With Cross-Functional Teams. Therefore, They Should Have Strong Leadership Skills To Effectively Manage And Motivate Their Team.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Project Management Methodologies: The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Project Management Methodologies Such As Agile, Scrum, And Waterfall. They Should Also Have Experience In Implementing These Methodologies In Complex Projects.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Role Of A Director Of Technical Program Management Requires Frequent Communication With Stakeholders, Including Executives, Project Managers, And Technical Teams. The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Convey Complex Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
