Director of IAM Engineering- PAM

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of IAM Engineering- PAM to join our dynamic team. As the Director of IAM Engineering- PAM, you will be responsible for leading our Privileged Access Management (PAM) team and ensuring the security and integrity of our company's sensitive information. We are looking for a dedicated individual who is passionate about IAM and has a strong technical background in PAM. If you have a proven track record of successfully implementing and managing PAM solutions, possess excellent leadership skills, and have a drive to continuously improve and innovate, then we want you on our team.
- Lead and manage the Privileged Access Management (PAM) team to ensure the security and integrity of First American's sensitive information.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive PAM strategy for the organization.
- Oversee the daily operations of the PAM team, including monitoring access and conducting regular security audits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and improve PAM processes and procedures.
- Identify and address any vulnerabilities or risks within the PAM system.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in PAM to continuously improve and innovate.
- Develop and maintain relationships with third-party vendors for PAM solutions and services.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards related to PAM.
- Train and mentor team members on PAM technologies and processes.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the status of PAM operations and any security incidents.
Extensive Knowledge And Experience In Identity And Access Management (Iam) Systems, Including Privileged Access Management (Pam) Tools And Technologies.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing Iam Engineering Teams, Preferably In A Large Corporate Environment.
Strong Understanding Of Industry Best Practices And Standards Related To Iam And Pam, Such As Nist, Iso, And Sans.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
Demonstrated Experience In Designing, Implementing, And Maintaining Iam And Pam Solutions That Meet Business Requirements And Comply With Regulatory And Security Standards.
