We are currently seeking a highly experienced and motivated Director of IAM-Cloud Identity Services to join our team. As the Director of IAM-Cloud Identity Services, you will play a critical role in shaping and implementing our identity and access management strategy in the cloud. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about security, has a deep understanding of identity and access management, and has a proven track record of leading successful IAM projects.   1. Develop and implement a comprehensive identity and access management strategy for our cloud-based services.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize IAM requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
  3. Lead and manage a team of IAM professionals to ensure successful delivery of projects and services.
  4. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in IAM and cloud security to continuously improve and enhance our offerings.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to leverage their expertise and resources in delivering IAM solutions.
  6. Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify and address potential security vulnerabilities.
  7. Develop and maintain IAM policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  8. Monitor and analyze IAM metrics to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to senior management.
  9. Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to other departments and teams on IAM-related matters.
  10. Continuously evaluate and optimize our IAM systems and processes to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
  11. Manage the IAM budget and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources.
  12. Mentor and coach team members to foster a high-performing and collaborative work environment.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience In Cloud Identity And Access Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 7-10 Years Of Experience In Managing And Implementing Cloud Identity And Access Management (Iam) Solutions. This Includes Experience With Leading Iam Tools Such As Azure Active Directory, Okta, And Ping Identity.

  • Strong Understanding Of Cloud Security: As The Director Of Iam-Cloud Identity Services, The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Cloud Security Principles And Best Practices. This Includes Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Regulatory Requirements Such As Soc 2, Gdpr, And Hipaa.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successful Project Management: The Director Of Iam-Cloud Identity Services Will Be Responsible For Overseeing The Implementation And Maintenance Of Iam Solutions Across The Organization. The Candidate Should Have A Track Record Of Successfully Managing Large-Scale Iam Projects From Conception To Completion.

  • Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills: This Role Will Require The Candidate To Collaborate With Various Teams, Including It, Security, And Business Stakeholders. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills To Effectively Work With And Lead Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Continuous Learning And Adaptability: As Technology And Security Landscapes Evolve, The Director Of Iam-Cloud Identity Services Must Stay Up-To-Date With The Latest Trends And Best Practices. The Candidate Should Also Be Adaptable And Able To Quickly Learn And Implement New Technologies As Needed.
