Job Description

We are seeking a driven and experienced Director of IAM-Cloud Identity Services to lead and manage our rapidly evolving identity and access management services at First American. As the Director of IAM-Cloud Identity Services, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and efficiency of our cloud-based identity systems. With your expertise, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining best practices, developing strategic plans, and leading a team of highly skilled professionals.   1. Develop and implement strategic plans for the identity and access management services at First American, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  2. Lead and manage a team of professionals in the day-to-day operations of the IAM-cloud identity services, providing guidance, support, and mentoring to ensure their success.
  3. Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of identity and access management systems in the cloud, ensuring their security and efficiency.
  4. Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and standards for IAM-cloud identity services, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address any potential security risks or vulnerabilities in the cloud-based identity systems.
  6. Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to optimize the IAM-cloud identity services.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in IAM and cloud services, incorporating new technologies and best practices into the identity and access management systems at First American.
  8. Serve as a subject matter expert for IAM-cloud identity services, providing guidance and support to other teams and departments within the organization.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and service providers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and solutions.
  10. Communicate updates, status reports, and other relevant information to senior leadership, keeping them informed and involved in decision-making processes related to IAM-cloud identity services.

Job Qualifications

  • Strong Understanding Of Iam And Cloud Identity Management Concepts And Technologies, Including Identity Governance, Access Management, And Privileged Account Management.

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role Within An Iam Or Cloud Identity Services Team.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Industry Compliance Standards, Such As Gdpr, Hipaa, And Pci Dss, And Experience Implementing Controls To Meet These Requirements.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Implementing And Managing Iam And Cloud Identity Solutions In A Large, Complex Organization.

  • Excellent Communication Skills And Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams, As Well As Experience Managing And Developing A Team Of Iam Professionals.
