  1. Oversee the default loan servicing process and ensure that all procedures are carried out efficiently and accurately.
  2. Manage a team of default loan servicing specialists and provide guidance, support, and training as needed.
  3. Monitor the performance of the default loan servicing team and implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.
  4. Collaborate with other departments and teams to develop and implement best practices for default loan servicing.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and changes in default loan servicing processes.
  6. Ensure compliance with all federal and state laws, as well as company policies and procedures.
  7. Communicate with clients and provide timely and accurate updates on their default loan servicing requests.
  8. Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies in the default loan servicing process.
  9. Maintain organized and accurate records of all default loan servicing activities.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities to streamline and improve the default loan servicing process.
  11. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the default loan servicing team.
  12. Represent the company in a professional manner and uphold its reputation for providing top-notch financial services.
  13. Train and onboard new team members to ensure they are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their job duties effectively.
  14. Act as a point of escalation for any complex or high-priority default loan servicing cases.
  15. Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Loan Servicing, With A Focus On Default Management.

  • Strong Understanding Of Federal And State Laws And Regulations Pertaining To Loan Servicing.

  • Experience In Managing A Team Of Loan Servicing Professionals.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Handle Difficult Customer Interactions.
