  1. Coordinate and manage escrow and title transactions from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout the process.
  2. Utilize knowledge of escrow and title processes to provide guidance and support to clients and colleagues.
  3. Communicate effectively with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders to address any questions or concerns and provide timely updates on the status of transactions.
  4. Maintain organized and up-to-date files and document all transaction details accurately.
  5. Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve any issues and ensure a smooth and timely closing process.
  6. Utilize company systems and software to track and manage transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  7. Provide exceptional customer service to clients, demonstrating professionalism and responsiveness at all times.
  8. Stay updated on industry regulations and changes, and implement necessary adjustments to processes and procedures.
  9. Assist in training and mentoring new team members, sharing knowledge and expertise to promote a cohesive and efficient team environment.
