  1. Provide administrative support to the commercial title team by assisting with title searches, document preparation, and file management.
  2. Conduct thorough research on properties, including obtaining and reviewing property reports, surveys, and legal documents.
  3. Communicate and coordinate with clients, lenders, attorneys, and other parties involved in the commercial real estate transaction.
  4. Assist in the preparation and issuance of title commitments, policies, and endorsements.
  5. Ensure accuracy and completeness of all title documents and resolve any discrepancies.
  6. Maintain organized and up-to-date files and records for each transaction.
  7. Assist in the coordination and scheduling of closings.
  8. Keep up-to-date with industry regulations and changes in real estate laws.
  9. Provide exceptional customer service to clients by addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  10. Collaborate with the title team to identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  11. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and best practices to maintain the highest level of quality and service.
  12. Attend training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills related to title services and the real estate industry.
  13. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment by effectively communicating and collaborating with team members.
  14. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to data privacy and security protocols.
  15. Perform any additional duties or tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Qualifications
  • Knowledge Of Title Insurance: Candidates Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Title Insurance Policies And Procedures, Including Title Searches, Underwriting, And Recording Requirements.
