- Provide administrative support to the commercial title team by assisting with title searches, document preparation, and file management.
- Conduct thorough research on properties, including obtaining and reviewing property reports, surveys, and legal documents.
- Communicate and coordinate with clients, lenders, attorneys, and other parties involved in the commercial real estate transaction.
- Assist in the preparation and issuance of title commitments, policies, and endorsements.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all title documents and resolve any discrepancies.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date files and records for each transaction.
- Assist in the coordination and scheduling of closings.
- Keep up-to-date with industry regulations and changes in real estate laws.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients by addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the title team to identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and best practices to maintain the highest level of quality and service.
- Attend training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills related to title services and the real estate industry.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment by effectively communicating and collaborating with team members.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to data privacy and security protocols.
- Perform any additional duties or tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Knowledge Of Title Insurance: Candidates Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Title Insurance Policies And Procedures, Including Title Searches, Underwriting, And Recording Requirements.
Experience In Commercial Real Estate: Ideal Candidates Should Have Experience Working In Commercial Real Estate, Including Familiarity With Title Commitments, Surveys, And Closing Documents.
