- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects to generate new business and retain existing accounts.
- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors' offerings.
- Collaborate with regional and national sales teams to share best practices and ensure consistent messaging and branding.
- Meet and exceed sales goals and performance metrics.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and prospects, showcasing the value and benefits of First American's commercial services.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, always seeking to maximize profitability for the company.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in the company's CRM system.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process and after closing.
- Act as a brand ambassador for First American, promoting our company values and commitment to excellence.
- Stay informed on industry regulations and compliance requirements related to commercial real estate transactions.
- Attend networking events and conferences to expand professional network and generate new business opportunities.
- Continuously seek out new leads and opportunities for business growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, underwriting, and operations to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Commercial Sales, Preferably In The Real Estate Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients.
