- Conduct thorough research and analysis of commercial real estate documents and contracts.
- Prepare and review legal documents related to commercial real estate transactions, such as purchase agreements, leases, and loan documents.
- Coordinate with attorneys, clients, and other parties involved in commercial real estate transactions to facilitate smooth and efficient closings.
- Assist in the due diligence process by reviewing and summarizing title reports, surveys, and other property documents.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files related to commercial real estate transactions.
- Communicate with clients and other stakeholders in a professional and timely manner, providing updates and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Stay current on industry trends and regulations related to commercial real estate law.
- Assist attorneys in preparing for hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings.
- Collaborate with other members of the legal team to ensure the successful completion of commercial real estate transactions.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all aspects of the job.
- Conduct legal research and provide support on various legal issues related to commercial real estate.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Bachelor's Degree In Paralegal Studies Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Experience In Commercial Real Estate Law, Preferably In A Law Firm Or Title Company Setting.
Strong Knowledge Of Real Estate Legal Terminology And Procedures.
Proficiency In Legal Research And Drafting Legal Documents, Such As Leases, Purchase Agreements, And Closing Documents.
Familiarity With Title Insurance And Title Clearance Processes.
