  1. Conducting thorough property inspections to accurately determine the value of residential properties.
  2. Utilizing industry knowledge and best practices to complete high-quality appraisals.
  3. Analyzing and interpreting data and market trends to support appraisal conclusions.
  4. Maintaining compliance with company and industry standards, regulations, and guidelines.
  5. Communicating effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth appraisal process.
  6. Staying up-to-date on changes and developments in the real estate industry and incorporating them into appraisal processes.
  7. Managing a high volume of appraisals and meeting deadlines in a timely manner.
  8. Collaborating with team members to share knowledge and expertise and improve overall appraisal quality.
  9. Representing the company in a professional and positive manner to clients and other external parties.
  10. Upholding the company's reputation for providing exceptional services and maintaining high standards of accuracy and integrity in all appraisals.

Job Qualifications
  • Appraisal Certification: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Valid Certification As A Certified Residential Appraiser, Issued By A Recognized Institution Such As The Appraisal Institute Or The American Society Of Appraisers.

  • Prior Experience: A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Residential Appraisal Is Desired For This Position. This Will Ensure That The Candidate Is Familiar With The Industry Standards And Has A Strong Understanding Of The Appraisal Process.

  • Knowledge Of Appraisal Software: The Candidate Should Have Proficiency In Using Appraisal Software Such As Aci Or Total. This Will Enable Them To Efficiently Complete Appraisals And Produce Accurate Reports.

  • Strong Analytical Skills: The Ability To Analyze Data And Make Informed Judgments Is Crucial For A Certified Residential Appraiser. The Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Market Trends, Property Values, And Other Factors That Influence Property Appraisal.

  • Remote Work Experience: Since This Is A Remote Position, The Candidate Should Have Prior Experience Working In A Remote Setting. This Includes Having A Home Office Set Up With All Necessary Equipment, As Well As Excellent Time-Management And Communication Skills.
