
Business Systems Analyst

- Analyze business processes: Conduct thorough analysis of business processes to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for automation through the use of business systems.
- Develop system requirements: Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document system requirements, including functional and non-functional requirements, to ensure the business systems meet the needs of the organization.
- Implement and maintain business systems: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain business systems, ensuring they are in line with business goals and objectives.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues: Proactively identify and troubleshoot issues with business systems, working closely with technical teams to find timely and effective solutions.
- Conduct testing and quality assurance: Develop and execute test plans to ensure the accuracy and functionality of business systems, as well as perform quality assurance checks to maintain system integrity.
- Provide user support and training: Serve as a point of contact for users of business systems, providing support and training as needed to ensure proper utilization and understanding of the systems.
- Stay updated on industry trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in business systems and make recommendations for their implementation to improve business processes.
- Communicate effectively: Communicate project updates, system changes, and issues to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner, fostering strong relationships and ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Document processes and procedures: Create and maintain documentation of business processes, system configurations, and user guides to ensure consistency and accessibility of information.
- Collaborate with team members: Work collaboratively with other team members, including developers and project managers, to ensure effective and timely completion of projects and tasks.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Systems, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience As A Business Systems Analyst, Preferably In The Financial Or Insurance Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Business Processes And Systems, With The Ability To Analyze And Improve Them.
Proficient In Sql, Excel, And Other Data Analysis Tools.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Stakeholders And Departments.
