
Branch Manager/Escrow Officer

- Lead and manage a team of escrow officers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure their success.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency and productivity within the escrow department.
- Oversee the daily operations of the branch, including managing workflow, scheduling, and handling escalated issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the main point of contact for any escrow-related inquiries or concerns.
- Monitor and review performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Train and onboard new team members, providing them with the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and efficient escrow process for clients.
- Act as a subject matter expert in escrow services, staying up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities to promote the brand and generate new business leads.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In The Title And Escrow Industry, With At Least 2 Years In A Management Or Leadership Role.
Strong Understanding Of All Aspects Of Title And Escrow Processes, Including Underwriting, Closing, And Post-Closing Procedures.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting Sales And Revenue Targets, As Well As Effectively Managing A Team To Achieve Company Goals.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients, Employees, And Other Stakeholders.
