  12. Handle and resolve any escalated customer concerns or complaints in a timely and effective manner.
  13. Prepare and present reports on branch performance and progress to upper management.
  14. Take ownership of the branch's budget and expenses, monitoring and controlling costs to ensure profitability.
  15. Continuously seek out opportunities for personal and professional growth, staying informed and knowledgeable about industry trends and advancements.

Job Qualifications
