  1. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals and families as their primary point of contact for trust services.
  2. Provide comprehensive and personalized trust services to clients, including estate planning, investment management, and fiduciary services.
  3. Collaborate with a team of trust professionals to deliver exceptional service and support to clients.
  4. Conduct thorough reviews of client portfolios and make recommendations for adjustments or improvements.
  5. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering guidance and advice on financial matters.
  6. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client relationships and provide additional services.
  7. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.
  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
  9. Monitor market trends and developments to make informed recommendations to clients.
  10. Represent First American in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
  11. Take ownership of client issues and concerns, and work to resolve them in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  12. Stay informed about industry developments and best practices to continuously improve service delivery.
  13. Participate in business development activities to expand the trust client base.
  14. Collaborate with other departments within the organization to support the overall goals and objectives of the company.
  15. Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive client information.
  16. Meet and exceed performance targets and contribute to the overall success of the trust team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Trust Administration, Relationship Management, Or Wealth Management.

  • Strong Understanding Of Trust And Estate Planning Concepts And Regulations.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With High Net Worth Clients.

  • Knowledge Of Investment Products And Services, Including Stocks, Bonds, And Mutual Funds.
