Transportation Analyst

With support of business partners, responsible for maintaining, evolving, creating, and/or implementing clear KPI reporting and dashboards in support of Supply Chain with an emphasis on parcel transportation. Root cause analysis on unexpected variances with recommendations to leadership. Ensure data integrity with the ability to offer up solutions on improving reliability. Establish key relationships with cross-functional business partners, especially data analytics and finance. Initiate, maintain, and foster relationships with external freight audit and other bench-marking sources. Perform other detailed analysis as business dictates. Perform monthly accrual and reconciliation processes with SOX compliant internal financial partners to adhere to GAAP. Own and improve the claims process for both Direct to Consumer (DTC) and Retail packages. Identify and forecast trends in order to create accurate budget models and latest estimate revisions.
