  1. Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, ensuring a positive and welcoming shopping experience.
  2. Promote and uphold the brand image of Finish Line through excellent product knowledge and styling recommendations.
  3. Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking merchandise and organizing displays.
  4. Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling and credit card transactions.
  5. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and targets.
  6. Continuously develop knowledge of current fashion trends and products to effectively assist customers.
  7. Assist with inventory management and restocking of merchandise.
  8. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  9. Follow company policies and procedures, including those related to loss prevention and safety.
  10. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a positive and efficient work environment.
  11. Continuously strive to exceed sales and customer service expectations.
