1. Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Assist customers in finding the right products and sizes, providing product knowledge and recommendations.
3. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
4. Restock merchandise on the sales floor, ensuring all products are neatly displayed and organized.
5. Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, folding clothes, and keeping the fitting rooms tidy.
6. Provide excellent customer service by addressing and resolving any customer concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
7. Stay up-to-date on all products and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
8. Collaborate with team members to ensure the store is meeting sales goals and providing an exceptional shopping experience.
9. Follow all company policies and procedures, including loss prevention measures.
10. Attend and actively participate in all training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
11. Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
12. Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude to promote a welcoming and inclusive store environment.
13. Contribute to a safe and healthy work environment by following all safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organized backroom.
14. Take on additional tasks and duties as assigned by the Store Manager or Assistant Manager.
