Senior Manager, Operations Strategy

At FIGS, we are looking for a Senior Manager, Operations Strategy to join our team and help us continue to create a product that positively impacts the lives of those who wear it. In this role, you'll be a key leader within the Operations department, developing and driving strategic initiatives that enable us to scale our operations and support our continued growth.The ideal candidate for this role has a background in Operations and/or Strategy, and a passion for creating process improvements and developing relationships between teams. You must have excellent communication and problem solving skills, be highly organized, and have the ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
