The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the apparel industry, as well as a thorough understanding of the embroidery process. A successful Embroidery Operator must be able to operate computer software, as well as have a good knowledge of fabrics and colors. Responsibilities:

1. Operate embroidery machines to create custom apparel designs
2. Ensure that the designs meet the customer’s specifications
3. Monitor the quality of the items throughout the embroidery process
4. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise with the embroidery equipment
5. Maintain a clean and organized work area
6. Perform regular maintenance and inspections of embroidery machines and equipment
7. Utilize computer software to create designs and/or transfer designs to the embroidery machines
8. Maintain accurate records of production and inventory
9. Assist with the loading and unloading of garments
10. Communicate effectively with other members of the team to ensure quality standards are met
