- Conduct thorough financial analysis of clients' current financial status and provide strategic recommendations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, gaining a deep understanding of their financial goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with other financial professionals within the bank to provide a holistic approach to wealth management for clients.
- Continuously monitor and assess clients' financial plans, making necessary adjustments and updates as needed.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure the most effective financial planning strategies for clients.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance on investment options, insurance needs, and estate planning.
- Communicate complex financial information in a clear and concise manner to clients.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell and cross-sell bank products and services to clients.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive financial information.
- Represent the bank and its values in a positive manner when interacting with clients and colleagues.
- Meet and exceed sales goals and performance metrics set by the bank.
- Mentor and train junior wealth strategists/planners, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to attract and retain high net worth clients.
- Comply with all bank policies and regulations, ensuring ethical and legal practices at all times.
Extensive Experience In Wealth Management: A Senior Wealth Strategist/Planner At Fifth Third Bank Should Have At Least 7-10 Years Of Experience In The Field Of Wealth Management. This Should Include A Strong Track Record Of Managing Client Portfolios, Providing Financial Planning Advice, And Achieving Revenue Targets.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Financial Products And Services: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Various Financial Products And Services, Including Investment Management, Retirement Planning, Estate Planning, And Tax Strategies. They Should Also Be Up-To-Date On Industry Trends And Regulations.
Strong Communication And Relationship-Building Skills: As A Senior Wealth Strategist/Planner, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Building And Maintaining Relationships With High Net Worth Clients. Therefore, Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, Are Essential. They Should Also Be Able To Collaborate Effectively With Internal Teams And External Partners.
