  1. Develop and maintain relationships with high net worth clients to understand their financial needs and goals.
  2. Provide personalized trust management solutions to clients, tailored to their unique financial situations.
  3. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in trust and estate planning laws.
  4. Educate clients on trust and estate planning strategies and options, and guide them in making informed decisions.
  5. Collaborate with other members of the bank's financial team to provide comprehensive financial advice to clients.
  6. Conduct regular reviews of client trust accounts to ensure they are aligned with clients' goals and objectives.
  7. Proactively identify opportunities to grow and expand client relationships.
  8. Maintain accurate and organized documentation of client interactions and trust management activities.
  9. Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
  10. Adhere to all regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.
  11. Serve as a subject matter expert on trust and estate planning for the bank, providing guidance and support to colleagues as needed.
  12. Participate in professional development opportunities to continuously enhance knowledge and expertise in trust and estate planning.
