Our Personal Banker Associates play a vital role in helping our customers manage their finances and reach their financial goals. The successful candidate will have a minimum of one year of retail sales experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of banking products and services is also a plus. Responsibilities:

1. Develop a thorough understanding of Fifth Third Bank’s products and services to provide customers with high quality advice and guidance.
2. Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to inquiries and troubleshooting problems in a timely and efficient manner.
3. Open and process customer accounts, including checking and savings accounts, debit cards and other banking products and services.
4. Follow all bank regulations and procedures, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
5. Assist customers in understanding and utilizing online banking and other digital tools.
6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitive products and services in the market.
7. Develop a strong relationship with customers, providing personalized service and advice.
8. Identify opportunities to cross-sell banking products and services.
9. Prepare and provide customer statements and other banking documents.
10. Identify and report suspicious activities to the appropriate authorities.
